y welcome to the meeting. The language of the meeting will be Polish and no
translation is expected. At the meeting the project results of Polish test
site will be presented and the questionnaire for end-users and discussion
will be carried out.

G. English will be the official language of the meeting. Th
e theme of the meeting is to exchange experience in the field of analysis a
nd modelling of subsidence using SAR data and discuss any other current mat
ters of the project. After the meeting it is plan to have official dinner.<

On < span style="color: #800000;">18th APRIL will be FIELD TRIP by coach to the Polish test site. It is plan to visit the mining company, mining museum and building disaster s and failures caused by mining activities. The coach will pick up us from the hotel and come back to the hotel in the late afternoon where we will ha ve the dinner.

The rooms are already booked from 16th till 19th April 2013. In order to make personal reservation of your room please writ e the details of your arrival and departure to Maria Przylucka (Surala):&nb sp; maria.surala@pgi.gov.pl no later than 5th April. Maria will deliver the list of participants of DORIS workshop to the hotel reception together with the dates. If you need the r oom earlier then 16th or later then 19th it is also possible.

Cost of the accommodation is around 700 PLN (approximately 170 EUR).< br clear="right" />The price includes: three night's accommodations in the hotel, two breakfasts and two official dinners on 17th and 18th. If you arr ive later or leave earlier the cost will change accordingly.
