Research interests:

My main scientific interests focus on issues related to mass movements, in particular on the influence of geological structure on morphological characteristics and the process of landslide initiation and development. As part of my doctoral thesis, I analyze the relationship between elements of the geological structure and the presence of landslides in the context of developing local maps of landslide vulnerability using GIS and 3D geological models. In addition to classic geological cartography and structural analysis, which I use in field work, I also deal with the use of remote sensing techniques to interpret the geological structure. In addition, during my work I was involved in geological mapping projects, construction of 3D structural models and structural analyzing of drilling cores combined with the analysis of borehole geophysics.
