We are pleased to announce that, by Resolution No. 1/IV/2023 of 24 April 2023, the Scientific Council of the Polish Geological Institute-National Research Institute (PGI-NRI) has granted to Ms Ewa Krzemińska, a scientific degree of doctor habilitatus in the field of Exact and Natural Sciences in the discipline of Earth and Environmental Sciences.
PGI-NRI at the 38th Geoscience Information Consortium (GIC) Conference in Ljubljana
On 8-10 May 2023, the 38th Conference of the Geoscience Information Consortium (GIC) was held at the headquarters of the Geological Survey of Slovenia (GeoZS) in Ljubljana. The aim of the Consortium is to exchange 'know-how' in the use and management of geological information systems between geological service organisations worldwide.
PGI-NRI and the Geological and Mining Survey of Argentina launch joint study on deposit geology
The Polish Geological Institute – National Research Institute signed a cooperation agreement with the Geological and Mining Survey of Argentina – SEGEMAR (Servicio Geológico Minero Argentino) during this year's ArminerA 2023 and EU LATAM Convention Raw Materials 2023 mining fair.
